Working with local author Sandi Wallace, explore the craft of popular fiction writing and build a foundation for compelling stories with ideas, characters and setting.
This session will include practical activities and questions are encouraged! Bring along a notebook and a pen.

About the Presenter
Sandi Wallace is a writer from Millowl/Phillip Island. Her debut novel Tell Me Why won the Davitt Awards Readers’ Choice and was shortlisted for the Davitt’s Best Debut in 2015. She has earned several Scarlet Stiletto Awards and commendations and been a finalist in other contests for her short crime fiction. With publications including four rural thrillers and two collections of short crime stories, Sandi has an upcoming psychological suspense novel.

About the Venue
The Phillip Island Library is located at 91-97 Thompson Avenue, Cowes. There is parking nearby. The room is located upstairs but there is a lift. If you have accessibility requirements please contact us via email: gippslandwritersgroup@gmail.com.
